Boris Falovic (the painter Boro Couw) applies a process known as ‘prainting’ to create textural, multi dimensional works of art.
Boro Couw also sculpts creatures using recycled rubbish.

Boris is currently prainting & performing with Melbourne bands; Shiver of Destiny and Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL). Boris recently performed in an Ian Rilen retrospective (Little George Lane, Friday 23 January) with Cathy Green and Henry Hugo.

NIHL combine lyricism and intertwined guitars over thundering bass riffs. Co-written by Boris Falovic and Kevin McMahon (Bigger then Jesus, Belle Pheonix & The Subterranean Sea) and featuring Scott Bennet on drums.
They perform regularly around Melbourne and are currently recording their debut EP with Rob Wellington.
Shiver of Destiny
Shiver of Destiny is a sound project collaboration from Boris Falovic and Cathy Green, featuring Scott Bennet on drums. An emerging power trio, SOD are finishing the touches on their debut album in their Mornington studio. Their debut gig is at Pause Bar, Balaclava on 5th of September, 2026.
